What kind of businesses do you work with?
Mostly UK-based SMEs — from 5 to 50 people — who know they need to modernise their operations but don't have a dedicated tech team. We work particularly well with manufacturing and operations businesses (10–50 staff) and professional services firms (accounting, recruitment, legal).
How quickly can I expect results?
Most clients see their first quick win within the first week. Workflow automations are often live within days. Larger builds — complex AI agents, multi-system automations — typically take 4–8 weeks depending on scope.
Do I need all four services?
No. Most clients start with one thing — usually Process Automation or an AI Agent. From there, you can add Voice Agents, a Smart CRM, or an AI Personal Assistant when the time is right. There's no obligation to take on everything at once. But because we build it all ourselves, everything connects when you're ready.
What does the free audit involve?
A 30-minute call where we look at your current tools, processes, and pain points. We'll identify the biggest opportunities and give you a clear recommendation — even if that recommendation is 'you don't need us.' No sales pressure, no obligation.
How is Loxvik different from other agencies?

Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. After the initial project, we offer ongoing support and optimisation packages. Everything we build is designed to be handed over to you — but we're always here if you want us to keep improving things, add new automations, or tackle the next bottleneck.
